Account & Data Deletion Request
Labyrinth of Probability
1. Target App
Labyrinth of Probability
iOS / Android: com.labyrinthofprobability.app
Developer: Fuji Bit Inc.
2. How to Request Deletion
You can request deletion of the Firebase account (anonymous authentication / Apple sign-in / Google sign-in) and related data created by this app's "Online Leaderboards" feature (v3.0 and later).
- Send an email to the address below with the subject "Account Deletion Request — Labyrinth of Probability".
- Include the following in the body:
- The nickname you set in the app (e.g., Wanderer#1234)
- If linked: the email address of your Apple ID / Google account (Apple "Hide My Email" relay addresses are fine)
- Your requested deletion date (optional)
- We will confirm completion within 30 days.
3. Data That Will Be Deleted
After we receive your request, the following data is deleted from Google Cloud Firestore and Firebase Authentication.
- Firebase authentication UID (anonymous ID or linked provider ID)
- Nickname (
players/{uid}) - Leaderboard scores: best score / deepest room reached / total plays / total wins / last updated (across per-difficulty and overall rankings, for all-time, daily, weekly, and monthly periods)
- Apple ID / Google account linking information (if linked)
- Email address (may be collected only when linking Apple / Google)
4. Retained Data & Retention Period
The following data may be retained for a certain period for legal compliance and support quality.
- The deletion request email itself: 90 days after completion
- Purchase history (managed by App Store / Google Play): follows store policy (we do not retain it directly)
All other app-related data is permanently deleted when the request is processed.
5. Deleting Only Records While Keeping the Account
If you want to reset only your scores and nickname while keeping the account, email the same address. Use the subject "Data Deletion Request — Labyrinth of Probability" and specify the items to delete.
6. Deleting On-Device Local Data
Local data stored on your device (score history, BGM mute setting, purchase state, etc.) can be deleted by yourself at any time by uninstalling the app. Uninstalling alone does not delete leaderboard records on Firebase, so if you also want to remove records from the leaderboards, please follow step 2 above.
